Does anybody know what ever happened to the guys who were going to provide internet access via the electricity infrastructure?

Plug your extension cord into the wall give a car guard R 5 to put the end in his mouth and put his fingers in your modem. If it fails replace car guard.

nope. Unless they can sort of the HF noise these things make licenses will get pulled. There is already a major case going on in the states where the FCC withheld the noise evidence from the public hearings.........
