We have no land line, and the complex we live in wont allow Telkom to install one.

What is the cheapest wireless internet service provider, with an uncapped package that covers the Die Wilgers/The Willows area?

Not 100% sure of coverage - either BitCo.co.za or Level-7.co.za

They might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. If you want to torrent BitCo might not be for you.

Have you completed a Coverage Request on WAPA.org.za ? If not maybe try that, any noteworthy WISP that can potentially cover you should get in touch with you then.

Will they allow you to install a dish with a 3m pole?

Telkom has a few nice data bundle package, if you’re covered by them. About R1200 for 50 GB. 12 month contract. 1,8c/Mb
Else Airhost via MTN network is ok. Get 42 GB for R1200. Month to month. 2,87c/Mb
Axxess has a few nice deal as well.
Cell-C will launch a few nice deals next month.
Bottom line if you can get ADSL het that. If in a more remote location satellite can be an option for an arm and a leg.
That is my experience If you reg any thing else please share.

Cellular data cannot compare with a decent WISP in terms of latency and stability.

Satellite internet I assume your referring to Yahclick or similar (actual satellite) - noticed a lot of people think CPE (small dishes) used by WISP's is also satellite. Satellite internet's initial equipment and installation costs is crazy, also massive latency - really a last resort and only in very rural areas IMO.
