Internship/Mentorship in Cape Town

Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone knew of any places that offer mentorship for those that want to learn web/software development? I have been teaching myself via the internet but was advised that there are places that take on enthusiasts and groom them. I don't mind actually paying for the grooming.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
(I am available full-time(morning,evening and night))
