As a new dealer on MyBroadband, I'd like to give a quick introduction on who we are, and what we provide. How are the codes delivered?

All codes are delivered digitally. Thanks to our automated system, digital codes are made available instantly through a link in the My Orders area, as well as a website link delivered to your email address, as soon as a valid payment has been confirmed. Credit card, Bitcoin and Instant EFT payments are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our automated software, while direct EFTs and cash deposits are manually processed during business hours (but we also do our best to process payments after hours too).

What payment options are available?

Secure payment options include Visa & Mastercard credit cards, Bitcoin, Instant EFT, straight EFTs and cash deposits.

Do you have a loyalty/rewards programme?

Pricing is affected by the exchange rate, as all items are linked in some way to the US Dollar or GBP. But we do buy in bulk, which allows us to keep the same pricing for as long as that batch lasts, and when we buy again, we adjust our pricing accordingly (that goes both ways, so we will reduce pricing if we can). Unfortunately the Rand is taking a real knock at the moment, so that isn't helping, but we do our best to still offer value for money across our products.

So I purchased 12 months Xbox Live subscription. I inserted the code today and it says the code has already been used. I never used this code and my live is expiring next month. Bought it off the prepaid gamer website. I evens logged into my Xbox account on the PC and still never worked. What to do?
