Hi all

We've posted on the MBB forums in the past but I thought it important to reintroduce our company to the new member as well as those who have not used us before.

From the headline on the Landmark website:

"Landmark Computers has over time become one of South Africa’s top online IT and electronic shopping stores by offering our customers only the best products available at competitive prices with industry leading service. Our intention is to keep this store small (in terms of items offered) meaning we know the products well and therefore can offer you sound advice with a personal touch.

We are based in Cape Town South Africa and ship all our products to any destination nationally from either Cape Town or Johannesburg. Gauteng customers please note that certain products are available for collection from our suppliers in the Midrand area."

We have been in business on the Systemshock forums since 2004 (where the business started) and in late 2007 the website was created and the company officially formed in 2008. Landmark is one of the official distributors of G.Skill memory in SA and are a Dell and Apple approved reseller. We have always focused on the gaming hardware sector and can source most exotic products like the R.A.T 7 mice, NZXT products and Trackir.

Some items we have on special/coming into stock soon:

Asus P8P67 Evo Intel P67 Chipset ATX
Philips 234EL 23" LED Monitor Wide Full HD 1920x1080
Samsung Galaxy Tab
Kindle 3G Wireless Reading Device 3G with Wi-Fi Graphite
G.Skill RipJaws X 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
G.Skill RipJaws X Low Latency 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Samsung R580-JS02 R580 Series Intel Core i3-330M 2.13GHz 15.6 LCD 4GB 500GB HDD
Asus G Series G73JW Intel Core i7 740QM 1.73GHz 17.3" 8GB 500GB HDD nVidia GeForce GTX 460M
Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Laser Gaming Mouse

Thanks for you time reading this and please let me know if you need anything on either 0797744855 or mail me [email protected].

I priced the Philips 234EL2 last week at R1586.31.

Why the price increase to R1618.63?

Ok, but it isn't on special and has been in stock for a while.

"In Stock" (according to the Landmark website) means in stock with the supplier and therefore still subject to the supplier pricing (based on Rand/Dollar and other factors).
As we do not carry much stock we are therefore influenced directly by the suppliers' adjustments in prices.

However, if we have bought stock in we tend not to increase the price at all (in most cases we put these items on special to move them asap).

You need to upadte your iPad accessories link or delete it as there is nothing available

We're adding in more within the next few days (Apple iPad 10W USB Power Adapter, Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit, Apple iPad Case, Apple iPad Dock, Apple iPad Dock Connector to VGA Adapter and Apple iPad Keyboard Dock) as soon as new pricing is confirmed.
Thanks for the heads-up.
