invalid mmi error code

I am unable to access ussd .I would appreciate any help in solving this problem.Thanks in advance.

Try adding '+' after '*' -or- ',' after '#' eg.

Instead of
*100#

try
*+100#

or
*100#,

You may also have an app running in the background that is interfering with ussd codes. Try killing ALL running apps. Only other cause would be the network mode settings. You should try changing to GSM Only instead of GSM/WCDMA...
