Any advice on where to buy or source an inversion table online or if you have used one, which you would recommend? Most of then look similar and just like rebrands with different prices.

Looking maybe at this one:

takealot.com/pro-star-inversion-table-foldable/PLID53815725

Also sold as

That thing that Verimark used to sell that hung on your door can also be used for spinal decompression.

Picking up this thread again.

Did you end up buying one, @shaggy_beef_on_a_tricycle ?

I'm eyeing these:

We did buy a secondhand one which is quite expensive if you buy it new from https://www.fitnessworldwc.co.za/ at the time for R8000. Think we paid around R4000. It's mostly padded and has a break.

Wife ended up not using it much as she's sick most of the time. I tried it a couple of times but all it does is making me dizzy and my head feel heavy. However the break is nice so you can control how far back you want to go. It also has a nice lock system for your feet.

My view is a good physio or biokineticist or both and strict exercise and routine for a couple of months works better than hanging upside down.

But yeah, I wouldn't spend too much on it , anyone of those should work.

Ouch.... thanks a lot for the quick feedback and personal experience there. I worry I might end up the same as you, with it standing in a corner after a few uses, but the physio didn't really get results and I'm looking for spinal decompression, so reckon I'll take the plunge on a cheaper one then.
