I'm looking around for a inverter for my parents.
They want to run the TV, PC+printer and internet for a few hours during Load shedding.

I'm in the UK so not up to date with all this LS/inverter stuff.

LCD TV is 130W, PC can't be more than 600W, internet router can't be much either? (10W?)
What specs inverter would they need to run this for say 3-4 hours?

Any recommendations appreciated.

You will need an inverter of 1000 watts and preferably two batteries with 100ah capacity and a 10 amp charger.

One of those trolley inverters would be the easiest.

600W for a PC without a GPU? Are you running dual 21" CRTs? It's probably closed to 200W.
