What are SUB CIRCUITS GRID and BACKUP?
Where are the neutrals?

That diagram does not make sense. You have to complete it all the way.

But I stick to my original reply. Get an electrician. You can get them cheaper if you buy the stuff yourself.

Looks like I am the only one who can follow the diagram, it looks right to me, the bypass is the changeover switch, right? Remember to separate the neutrals.
