iOCO co-CEO resigns with immediate effect

Dennis Venter, one of iOCO's co-CEOs and a member of its board of directors, has resigned with immediate effect.

"Dennis has decided to pursue his other business interests," iOCO announced in an after-hours statement published on the JSE News Service on Wednesday.
