Internet users across the country have been experiencing slow access to some of Independent Online's (IOL) partner websites, including Tonight.co.za and Motoring.co.za.
Access to the main IOL website has also been affected due to network issues. The problem might cause the sit es to time out before loading or users might have to wait a while for the pages to load.
Errant problems across networks are expected to affect about 40 percent of the country's Internet users but rest assured that we are trying our best to attend to the issue, which is unfortunately out of our control.
