iOS 5.1 iPhone and iPad download links

I have been trying to update my iPad 2 with this latest 5.1 software from the official Apple update site ( from within settings on the iPad). Seems like the whole of the USA is busy downloading, as I can't get it downloaded.

What I am keen to see, is if Siri is included in 5.1 for the iPad 2. Although I don't think they have enabled this...
 
I updated this morning. Nothing new on the iPad (that I could see), except for the camera interface looking a bit different.
 
Busy downloading it now. But in iTunes it says 803MB????

Is the OTA file smaller? I saw in another post someone said it is 180?

I don't even know what I'm looking for - looks the same :/

But I read somewhere that it has the ability to do panoramic views ... wonder why it wasn't included?
