International Digital Development Company develops thousands of sites, applications and campaigns for media companies, agencies and corporate brands in Europe, the USA and Africa.
Requirements:
• IT related degree or diploma (or similar course)
• 3 years’ development experience.
• Minimum of 6 months IOS development experience.
• Objective C or C++ development experience.
• Must have OO programming background.
• Strong knowledge of software database design, development and planning.
• Solid understanding of Cocoa / UIKit frameworks and the iPhone SDK.
• Proficiency in Xcode, Objective-C development, Interface Builder and Instruments.
• Solid understanding of best practises for IOS development.
• Solid understanding of iPhone/iPad development processes.
• Experience interacting with various web services including SOAP, REST, XML & JSON.
Experience and skills required:
• Understanding of scalability, systems engineering and algorithms.
• Ensure source code meets development standards, functional specifications and is maintainable.
• Building native IOS iPhone and iPad.
• Maintenance of core IOS applications on commercial platforms.
• Support of applications and environments on new and legacy applications.
• New technology/methodology/language research and implementation.
• Source code control understanding (experience with Subversion preferred).
• Provide accurate estimates for development of features/functionality.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be able to multi-task across numerous projects.
• Assist in roll-out of application functionality to Test/UAT/Production environments.
