Settings > Mail, contacts, calendars > fetch new mail: set to push.
A lot depends on your mail provider though. Gmail for example used to support Exchange but since Jan of this year they no longer do on new devices.

Thanks. I think my mail account might not support that. It only has fetch (15 min) or manual.
Is there an app I can get? Or what are my other options?

Who is your current email provider? If it's google then you could try their gmail app. Otherwise a new provider would do the trick too. Apple's icloud email, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail and other exchange based service will work.

It's my company's email.
Ok so I could possibly forward to one of them, and receive push from there?
