Hey Guys

i recently got an uncapped account and im running out of things to download so i wanna watch internet TV. I found ABC streams its channel online but you have to be in the states.

Is there anyway to show a different IP address or some way to make the site think you from the states?

thanks

Google free proxy. and find one that is listed in the states. place that proxy server in your brower setting. should show you in the US.

Uncapped, lol. Hope you checked your statement for March before you ran out and downloaded forever :)

You could try TOR (The Onion Router), but I don't know if it'll let you stream stuff, and I don't know how fast it'll be.

Proxy.org lists web-based proxies, and I've never tried visiting an american TV site with it, so I don't know if the stream downloads will also be proxied.

How can you run out of things to download? there is always new tv shows, new programs, new linux distro's so how can you be running out?

Iv downloaded 150gigs already this month and its only the 21st :)
give me some ideas guys the proxies i tried are far to slow to stream video.

There are a number of Dedicated IP VPN solutions that you can pay a small monthly fee for which will give u a US IP Address. And the performance will be much better than those raped free proxy boxes.

I'm capped right now so can't find the URL now (I'm not as lucky as u! :(), but google VPNUK these guys offer one where you can choose your location to be Canada, UK or USA.

Try BlackNet.biz , their proxy is relatively cheap and works. Only problem is there is a download limit, so you have to topup when you reach that limit
