ip address not 165.165 anymore?

access to mail and websites is painfully slow today.

I checked my IP address and its 198.54.202.x instead of the usual 165.165.x.x address. Whats even stranger is that this address stays the same no matter how many times I reboot the router. Trying a different username made no difference.

What gives?

I'm still in the 165.165.xxx.xxx range - hmmm strange - mayb ur 1 of the lucky ones who have been given a static ip [] - yeah right!

As far as I can see the 198.* IP Address is SAIX's Cache server that your connection runs through for web-browsing. You'll find if you do an ipconfig in command prompt or check your connection, that <b>your</b> IP is still a 165.165.* IP Address which
