How does this combo sound?
Web Africa 5GB shaped - R290
OpenWeb 30GB-LOCAL + OpenBrowse 192k - R169
And use Route Sentry to route between the two...
Total cost - R459

Thought this was a good combo so even if I finish my 5GB Int cap i'll still have OpenBrowse to use.

...Or is a Web Africa 10GB shaped - R490 a better option?

(Can Route Sentry route my Int downloads (uTorrenent:D ) through OpenBrowse once I finish my WebAfrica cap???)

Thats a good choice, but if you would have the money to get R490 10GB I recommend rather (what I use)

1x TelkomInternet 3GB (Relaxed Capping) - R249 - International Account
1x OpenWeb 30GB Account - R139 Local Account
1x WebAfrica Prepaid (R70 per gig that rolls over to next month) - R70 per gig - Prepaid International

Cost = R458 for approx 9GB - 11GB International and 30GB Local

TelkomInternet almost never gets capped below 6GB and in the event it does you can just go over to the prepaid WebAfrica.

Thanx MrG.

Another thing... I'm mainly goiong to use the ADSL for p2p downloads... what download speeds will I get on a 384 line with a shaped account?

And how good is OpenBrowse? Does it allow p2p?

nope openbrowse doesnt allow any downloads at all.

384 looking at +- 38 kbps download (max)

If you using peer to peer than I stand by what I recommended ten times stronger. :) 384kbps line you looking at possible full speed of the line, just depending what you downloading and from where.

Thanx... going to go for that option:D .

Any recommendations on a wireless ADSL router... going to use it to connect both my PC and laptop... something with good range as they far appart.

Got a Belkin G-Mimo hooking them up at the moment, but at the range I work at the connection speed sucks.
