Ive been trying to find ways to bind a certain program to use one nic for certain programs and another for others but without success. I have adsl and another 3g connection. I want to route all utorrent traffic via the one ip, adsl (eth). For browsing I want to use the 3g connection (wifi). I used some other program off the web. Think it is called Bindip, but it didnt work. I have 2 routers too.
Is this at all possible? Should i use the router to to confige my rules? Your help will be much appreciated.

I can do that with my ZyXEL router or mikrotik, but not sure of s software program

There should be a away where you can tell the program which connection to use

Forcebindip sounds ideal for you. How did it fail, assuming that you have tried it?

Mikrotik - make dhcp lease static and bind IP. or you can do right way and route all p2p traffic via one interface with a pre route and mangle rule.

The problem is not with configuring the NIC with a binding IP but the program. Let's say my ADSL goes off line for some reason, I do not want utorrent to start using my WiFi connection to resume the download. It should not see the available internet through the WiFi. Instead it should wait for the internet to return on the LAN connection then resume the download. The same for my browser. It should only use the WiFi connection to connect to the web.
What IP should I use for ForcebindIP. the NIC IP or gateway address?
