Hey guys
well as we know you generally get an account without an static IP address,
but does anyone one know the decent amount of time this IP is to remain the same? i mean how often is rediculious? and i figure that is due to a line dropping alot or something like that?
but this becomes and issues when my dyndns accounts do not update properly because a IP changes like 3 times in 10 minutes?
ok now to my idea and what i need to put it into action, i want to Get an application that Obtains your External IP address and keeps a Log of it. Here then i can address the issue with the ISP or just with Telkom
Does anyone have any knowledger of such applications. i found one or two apps, but they emailing and don't seem to keep a proper log, i just need to run in the background and keep track of the changes.
