ip monitoring software

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good software package that allows me to monitor traffic betweem individual Ip addresses on my LAN and my server that provides internet connection sharing (the machine to which the ADSL line is connected)

I basically want to be able to monitor the bandwidth usage and upload/download volumes for the individual machines so I can see how much has been accumulated over a defined period of time.

I'm using Casc'ADSL. Do a search for it on Download.com. It's free and seems to do a great job.
