iPad 1 Problem: Safari & App Store Closing

I all-of-a-sudden have a problem on my iPad 1 where Safari and the Apps Store closes all the time right after opening them. I did a full restore now (latest firmware) but the problem persists. Any ideas?

Okay, deleted everything and started over. Seems to be okay now. Loading last backup after restore seemed to have reloaded whatever corrupted the two apps.

Happened to me too. I nearly cried. Everythin's good now though.

Were you jailbroken? If so you should just install a free App Store app and that usually sorts it out for me.

Also that's why a restore instead of update is recommended for jailbroken devices. And then restore from backup obviously.
