my cousin is leaving the u.s in a month and he is willing to buy me an ipad 3. i am aiming for the 64gb wifi version as well as 2yr applecare warranty.
i called the istore in the waterfront and was informed that my cousin HAS to declare it at customs or they would not honour the warranty without the customs stamp(i assume they the stamp the original invoice or something)
thats fine by me. willing to pay duties.
what i am concerned about is there anything else i should know when it comes to the warranty being honoured here; as well as any pitfalls with customs.
hoping you can help me out.
