iPad Error Message - PDP AuthenticationFailure

Hi guys,

Hoping that someone can help. Have an iPad but having a problem connecting to the net and getting mail. Error reads as follow: Could not activate cellular data network - PDP authentication failure. Cannot get mail ..... the connection to the server failed.

I have had a SIM swop done and the data bundle (Vodacom) reloaded. This has not helped. I have tried another micro SIM which does work. Unfortunately this SIM i for another device and so cannot be used for the iPad. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Do I need to replace the SIM for a third time?

Perhaps check your APN settings on the iPad.. and call your service provider to ensure you are enabled for DATA..

Have you tried restoring your firmware?
 
Must be the Sim if you tried another and it worked.
