Hi All,

The iPad that we use at work (which connects to the Vitality software) is refusing to connect to the Wi-Fi, which it used to.

I have tried everything, from resetting settings to restarting the whole set up of the iPad, still no luck.

Any idea what I can do?

Thanks :)

Which iPad is it,and has the screen been replaced before on it?

Yup, a few WiFi networks show up (same as my phone can find)

iPad air 16GB, has had no repairs/replacements done
Yes but does this correct one show up?

What's the error?

When you said reset settings I presume those were Network Settings?

Yup correct one shows up.

When I try connect to it says "Unable to join the network "network name""

I reset network settings, reset all settings, and even erased all content and settings and it still did not work :\

Have you tried connecting to a different network?

If you've restored to 9.3.5 then it could be a firmware issue, there are a couple of reports of Wi-Fi issues.

The two we have available at work are not working.
The only way it connects to something is via mobile hotspot

Maybe :
Turning off New WiFi Assist feature on iOS 9 on iPhone The new Wi-Fi Assist is turn on defaulted when you upgrade to iOS 9.2. This feature will turn Wi-Fi to Mobile data when you have a weak internet connection. Try turning this On and Off to see if this is messing up your internet. To do this goto: Settings -> Cellular -> Wi-Fi Assist (scroll to the bottom and turn it off)

/me thought iPhones/Pads don't have problems ...

anyway, do you perhaps have a way to see the AP/router's logs? check that side to see if at least the connection attempt happens. While there, just check if the iPad's MAC isn't in a blacklist somehow (unlikely, but who knows ...)

by resetting as you say, I will assume you also chose to "Forget this network" or similar? used to help at least the last time I had to assist co-workers.
