So - just got back from honeymoon - copied all my photos off my iPad and it died, when you turn it on it fades from a black screen to a white screen... then turns off the screen. Every now and then it turns on and I can use it. Strangely, I can still see it as active on iCloud - and tried Erasing it there, it then worked for a couple of hours, but is back to the white screen now. sometimes when I hold the Home screen/Power button it works again for a few minutes.
Just after I got it I knocked the one corner while playing on it while walking in the house (walked into a wall) - and it has a small ding in the one corner... will Apple/Core try use this as an excuse not to repair/replace it under warranty?
