I recently purchased a Trendnet TV-IP312W IP Camera.
I've set it up for LAN and it works but I am struggling a bit setting it up for WAN. I know I have to do port forwarding etc but am a bit of a noob when it comes to this.
I have a Mega 100WR router and a DynDNS host.
IPcam supports DDNS.
When I do port forwarding through my routers web interface(10.0.0.2) for the IPcam's IP on the network(10.0.0.4) it displays it as a static IP not dynamic.While setting up port forwarding for 10.0.0.4 what "preset" do I use, namely: VPN, Web Server, etc.
Basically can someone maybe provide me with a kind of a walkthrough to setting up the IP cam through a Telkom Mega 100WR router.
