IPCOP 1.4.8 and Net-traffic addon

Anyone got Net-traffic addon to work after 1.4.7 and 1.4.8 update to IPCOP?
Latest version of addon server seems to be 2.3.
The addons tab shows next to the Logs tab but doesn't have any drop downs.
Both updates loaded and rebooted. Not sure what ''...run kernel-2.... means (see quote below).

You need to run kernel-2.4.29{,-smp} for the update to work.
Apply both 1.4.7 and 1.4.8 updates (eventually load fcdsl-1.4.8 package if needed) and reboot!!!

Yip worked fine.

I upgraded 4.6-4.7-4.8 and then installed new addon server and nettraffic after (I didn't have addon sever before)

i ran the updates 1.4.7 and 1.4.8 but the new firewall options gives me an error, what did I do wrong?
I dont quite understand this part :

I don't think the new firewall options are active yet. -- I also get an error.

Anyway, you need to update your addon server to be compatible with 1.4.8. Net-traffic works fine after doing that.

Apart from the error - which also drove me nuts btw - the IPCop box seems to be running fine.

I had addon server loaded before update and have the same problem discribed

Will uninstall and reinstall addon server and addons and see will report back

For interest check http://www.copfilter.org/ for a spam filter for ipcop works well. but need a more power machine well more RAM at least

I uninstalled all the addons i had and unistalled the addon server

reinstalled the addon server and all seems to be great

just installed te traffic report addon looks great
