Nothing. The Makro online customer care team is an absolute clown show! I would suggest you call them and get update.

Yesterday I chatted with them to get update. Looking at order for some reason it looked like order was in process of being canceled. I called local store directly to get clearer picture. Turns out they put an “exemption pick” on the order which means order was in process of being canceled. Guy couldn’t understand what was going on and sent email to relevant person to sort out. Beginning to regret my purchase with these guys. Shocking customer service!

Ye, I should know better as this isn't the first time I've dealt with their nonsense. Definitely the last time I deal with them, seriously this time. I'll use their physical stores if necessary but no way am I ever using their online service again.

Yeah, that makes it a bit confusing. Still holding thumbs that you get it sooner than the 10th

I am still patiently waiting for Vodacom and their 2-3 weeks lead time.....
(especially since I am at the end of week two and they still telling me 2-3 weeks)
 
Apple Intelligence will be out by the time this phone is available for purchase.
 
Got the call today, that my back order for the 16PM was available to collect at the iStore.

Was put on the list on launch day.

512Gb Desert Titanium

The store mentioned they only got 4 16PM’s in stock today.

Stock is really constrained this year
 
Quick question for those of you buying from Makro.

Can I ask why you chose them instead of iStore, Digicape or Takealot?
