It's time to upgrade and I decided to go for the new iPhone 4S 16GB.
The iPhone 120 contract is R499/m and has a pay-in of R1200
The iPhone 240 contract is R549/m and has a no pay-in. That extra R50 per month over the 120 contract is what you would have paid in anycase.
So I phone Vodacom Upgrades, and they quote the contract price as R595, not R549. The R549 was given on this MyBB article.
Can anyone please clarify this?
I tried phoning VC Call Center and upgrades, but that is absolutely uselss. Endless loops going nowhere, or just getting disconnected. Vodacom really should work on their useless voice prompt thing.
