Iphone 3gs

Hi All, I am on Vodacom using a 3gs iphone. Is there anyway incoming calls can be diverted to my voicemail when i press "decline"? Either by changing the iphone settings or manually adding a Vodacom divert. Much appreciated. Thanks.
