You can buy a kit from iFixit. Will be a bit expensive to get in South Africa I suspect.

There are also places on ebay and BoB but just be warned it is a toughy one to do as you need to completely take the phone apart from the back to get to the screen. You just need patience and it will get done.

Will it actually be worth it? You can get a 2nd hand 5 for about R2500 - R3000
