As the title says I'm interested in the data speeds people are getting with the iPhone 5 using Cell C HSPA+ as I'm not in a Cell C LTE coverage area.

I have recently purchased a second iPhone 5 CDMA version and want to know if the speeds are half decent.

Thanks in advance.

I unfortunately don't think your CDMA version will work in SA as there are no CDMA networks here....

I average about 7Mbps down, and 2.3Mbps up on my iPhone 5 where I stay in JHB.
The fastest speedtest that I have managed was yesterday actually, and got 11Mbps down, and 2.5Mbps upload speed.
I dont think thats too bad for 3G?

It will definitely work. It has all the capability of the GSM models plus additional LTE bands. I believe the model I have is seen as the world phone.

The model is the A1439 CDMA.

Attached are some screen shots of the GSM vs CDMA model.

Thanks. That's not bad at all.

Think I will just pick up a sim and test it myself for about a week or so.
