hi i need to know if CELL C support LTE on iphone 5 prepaid ???

Cell C is not on LTE yet - or Apple haven't released an update on the IOS to let the Iphone use the LTE service of Cell C

Maybe there has to be a certain criteria to be approved, CELL C are busy trailing their LTE network. it isn't official yet.
