I doubt you'll find a retail store with iphone 5 priced decently or much lower than another, maybe try second hand on gumtree or bidorbuy.

I got a brand new, sealed in box, MTN local stock iPhone 5 from Carbonite.co.za for just over 6 grand. Might be worth giving them a shot. Lots of good deals there.
