Last year the iPhone 5 was announced on September 12th and only reached us in December.
Now apparently the iPhone 5S and 5C is to be announced on the 10th of September. Why does it take so long to get here? 3 months is a pain!.. Has it to do with Apple? Or with Vodacom?..
Will we see it sooner this year?
Thanks
Oliver

Probably be the same turn around time of 3 months. So the iPhone 5S & 5C will arrive during December/January as per usual.

I think it probably has to do with Apple and their stock. They obviously want to ship their stock to US and UK first.

Apple determines which markets it releases its phones to. Our service providers don't have a say.

Apple has become predictable so I assume the release date will be what we have heard i.e. 10 September 2013 and I assume we will get the phone here in Dec/Jan and it will sell out and you will end up waiting until mid Feb to actually get a phone.

The one thing we will get when everyone else gets it is iOS 7. Unless you already have a beta version.
