iPhone 6s Battery Capacity reduced a lot. Please help

iPhone 6s Battery Health is 95 % after 23 charge cycles, should I send my phone for warranty??

What battery health app is that?
Recently my 6S plus battery has been draining faster than normal.
 
You want to return your phone because of what a 3rd party app says?

Good luck with that. :rolleyes:
 
Mine has the same issue and occasionally just dies when it is at +/- 20%.

About a day. Always lasted about a day but haven't gotten more than 6 hours of usage under battery so I suspect something is wrong.

If I suspect a bad battery fitted in the phone, should I send it in for warranty and let them do some tests etc.?

Battery has been bad and my usage is terrible. So I had to check my battery's health. My girlfriends iPhone 6 is 100% battery health at 10 cycles so far.
 
OP, You can go into the istore and they can run a diagnostic on your phone. Checks a number of things including battery, problematic apps that keep crashing, screen, etc.

They connect to their Wi-Fi from your phone and it then opens a special setting in your settings menu that lets it run the diagnostic. Once done, they will be in a position to tell you whether there is anything wrong with your battery.

I just walked in and they weren't busy. They helped me out but then there was a queue from people that booked with the technicians. Best to book on the istore website an appointment at the i store closest to you.

Mine is not under warrantyand they still checked it.

My phone is on contract with MTN so can I still take it to the istore? Or will they have to book it in when I take the phone to MTN??
 
Don't mean to hijack the post but I got that app and I too see a massive wear level on my phone's battery. I'm reading above posts stating that apps at the app store may not be the best gauge so I decided to try alternative apps. One app I trust most is the mac app coconut battery. Tried that and I was shocked to see that my iPhone battery is at 65% level. So I guess a new battery is needed in my case. Thanks for the post for it prompted looking at my 5s battery in depth.
