iPhone 6s Plus or Sony XZ Premium

Went from Android to IOS, 6s plus. Hands down best phone I got. But my note 2 is high up there :). But my contact upgrade is coming up soon and Im considering getting a S8. And that's because my 6s+ is still so good and its not worth getting the Iphone 7 or 8. I will not waste time waiting for X. So yes IOS thumbs up, even with the horrible IOS 11 at the moment.

Hardly ever had apps crash on my Xiaomi Note 2. I think it's the way the global beta testing is done that makes this possible and having 2gb RAM. The one thing I did like about my old Xperia was the 2 day battery life.

It updates independently from system updates and with the zillion android devices out there it's understandable.

And that’s exactly why iOS is the better and more stable bet.

No need to be understanding about it. Just know that it’s better for not being as segmented.

Quick question as someone who's also thinking of taking the leap from Android to iOS.

I see the iOS Swype keyboard app has really bad reviews. Is there a good swype-style typing option available? Something that will work well with WhatsApp and email apps? How well does it integrate? Do you have to fiddle in settings every time your keyboard comes up?

Don't think I can live without swype on a tiny keyboard.

There’s Swiftkey and Gboard.

I personally don’t use either.

Was on Windows and Android - fought off the iOS cult... had a Sony Xperia 3 etc.... then I folded. I'm so happy I did.
Thinks are sane in Apple world. Except the prices. But you get a lot more for your money as well.

Just don't expect it to work the same as Android. Things work differently but once you accept that it will work very well for you.

Anyway.. my opinion.

Well he is looking at the 6S now which is the right place to be if you want sane prices and still decent phones.

Wow didn't expect so many replies, lol.

Thanks guys, but I decided to go with the iPhone and I'm not regretting it one bit, its so polished and smooth and just works.
