iPhone 7 and 7 Plus S.A. Release Date

So Silver,Gold,Rose Gold and a few Black iPhone 7's are releasing and shipping overseas at the correct release date of the 16th Sept. while other colors like Jet Black have been delayed as far as November to some customers. Does this make the South Africa release date delayed as well pass November for all colors and models? Or do you guys think there is a different batch just for S.A.
