Iphone Apps

Quick question guys..

Basically my phone is jb and i know how to load apps and what not. However there are certain apps that once i download or update wont start up. It just fails to load. the rest of my apps work fine but i've come across a few of these other apps recently that dont work. Any ideas?

First question... Have you installed AppSync through Cydia?

Mmmkay... Only thing I can think of then is perhaps a problem with the .ipa files themselves... Have you tried to download and run the same apps from a different source?

Earlier versions of the app seems to work..
Tried a reboot but no luck, dont like rebooting thou as my jb is tethered

I've noticed a couple of inconsistencies with some apps on Installous recently... I was getting that I needed to update Google (although I had the current version through iTunes) and every time I downloaded the app to my phone was getting an error message saying that it wasn't a "valid .ipa" file.
I've found some of the apps that haven't worked recently or had issues like invalid .ipa's had been posted to different file sharing sites by the same person, tried downloading the same app uploaded by someone else and those downloads seem to be working.
