Or you'll get it OTA (over the air) when you activate your phone. Like with Vodacom recently, when iOS4 was released (and when the 3GS was released, as I recall).

Yup, will probably be an OTA carrier update - just don't hold the phone in your left hand when receiving it, it might get lost...

Does anyone know what packages you can get a 3GS on at the moment at Vodacom?

It would be really silly to get a 3GS at this particular time, the iPhone 4 simply obliterates it. But I did see some discounts somewhere, I will look for them.
