iPhone, Insurance claim on MTN

Hi Guys,

i'm fairly new here, so go easy on me...

heres my scenario: I have a E90, insured with MTNSP. If I claim for it, will I be able to get my hands on s iPhone, or not? About a month ago MTNSP call centre (808) told me they have the iPhone available. Now it seems like they dont have it?

Will they give me the cash, or replace the phone?

I'm confused. Has your E90 been broken, lost or stolen, or is it going to get stolen within the next few months?

it got h2o damage.

apparantly they cover water damage. (i hope so, otherwise im screwed).
