It hasnt been released so I doubt it will be offered on contract by any reputable dealer.

i dont think its available on contract yet... most of the guys who sell iphones in SA get them from france and germany and dont get them directly from apple but rather from a reseller. and as none of the cell ops in the country stock the iphone, its doubtful that they've made a package available to the guys who dont get their phones from the operators. dont think that came out as clear as i wanted but hopefully you get the idea...
