Anyone else just get the iPhone pre-approval email from Vodacom? Or am I the only loser who needs to be approved?
 
Another plea from Vodacom not to forget about the iPhone? They really need to get their act together.

It bothers me that you have to complete another form though ... what did they do with the information that I supplied in the first form?!!?
 
all I'm going to say is that the 3G iphone sitting in front of me is very very sexy...
 
it's white... so i say she's a lady.

for the record, from the pics i thought the white phone looked ****e.. not so much! its actually really nice!
 
When I went to the UK 3 weeks back I had the opportunity to see the white and black one next to each other and honestly the White one rocks!
 
update:

when you register the phone you get a nice email from apple welcoming you to iphone 3G... so nice not to have to hack the freakin thing!

GPS works well, but as we know google maps in south africa are crap.
Works on MTN
reception is horrible.. (1 Bar in the middle of Sandton) but getting the 2.1 upgrade now, will report on performance improvement.

So I phone local Vodashop. Getting stock on Thursday, but they cant sell it as they don't know what price to sell it for. What a joke!
