I have an iPhone 13 Max Pro and after a few months the iPhone started giving problems such as (non-genuine camera, continuously searching for signal). I took it to Apple and they replaced it. After less than a month the replacement phone had the same issues with some extra ones so they replaced it again.

Now the second replacement is giving the same issues, however, I had my phone in my pocket and it must have hit something and my screen cracked but you can still use it. The issues are still there though (non-genuine camera, continuously searching for signal).

Any opinions on whether on Apple replacing this one as well given that I’m having these issues for the third time now?

I always take care of my iPhones and the other two I took to Apple was in perfect condition. It’s just that the screen on this one somehow cracked.

Thank you.

So 3 iPhones one after the other all dodgy? Did you get them from iStore and are you saying the cameras are fake? This is very strange

First one from Vodacom and the other two from iStore. Do you think they will replace it again even with the cracked screen?

You can try if they've replaced before, but I’d imagine now not with a broken screen. But what do you mean by non-genuine camera?

I just need them to fix the issues, the cracked screen shouldn't void the warranty. I just don't know what to say if they say that they can't fix the cellular searching issue and the non-genuine camera.

The non-genuine part is this: https://www.makeuseof.com/ios-14-non-genuine-iphone-camera-warning/
I don’t know mate. I’m just confused why they are giving you phones with non genuine cameras? Call them in the morning. You never know your luck.

It was very frustrating because I had no phone for two weeks and on two occasions. They keep providing me with faulty phones and I hope they don't use my screen as an excuse not to replace/repair this one.

You aren't the only one, no authorised Apple reseller/repairer will be supplying replacement handsets with non genuine parts used, Apple would pull their authorisation without hesitation.

And three iPhones all supplied with fake camera modules?

Sounds a bit like someone who has a bridge to sell...

Sounds like Apple is saying the cameras are fake.

False positives is a reported problem since they introduced it with iOS 14.4 but three times on three different phones?

That’s nuts, when you got the replacement phones did you restore your iOS backups each time? Very weird each device is showing the same issue.

...did you restore your iOS backups each time?
This is a very good point...If possible, try and wipe the whole phone and don't restore your backup.
Check and see how it works for a week or two as you may have something corrupted on the iOS level.
