Picked up an iPhone SE Space Gray 16GB from Incredible Connection in Cavendish. Was the last 1 they had and the only one I could find after phoning like a mad man for the past 2 days. Going to be setting it up tonight.

DESIGN
Feels solid. Same shell as the 5S and fits my covers, as expected. I did read online that the colour (Space Grey) was slightly lighter and it does seem to be. The chrome beading around the screen is gone on the SE.
PERFORMANCE
Much faster than the 5S. When setting up the older phone, it did sometimes take time to go through the options when pressing next. The SE is instant. Web browsing is very fast when opening tabs. Typing seems quicker too - only noticed there's a tiny lag on the 5S after using the SE.
CAMERA
More detailed than the 5S and colors look better too. Haven't played around with it too much there.
VERDICT
Initial impressions were that it's a fast 5S and probably not worth double the monthly contract price. After having used it, it's definitely a lot more than just a slight performance increase - it's very noticeable. It's one of the best, if not the best, phones I've owned. iOS has reached a point where there is very little improving to be done. I love it!

Don't have the app unfortunately. Will look into it though.
I've been using it since 8:00 today and it was on 80%. It's now on 68% and I'm using it a lot.

So I go to a store in N1 city to look for a case. While there, another customer asked me which phone is that. So I tell him iPhone SE blah blah blah (mention all the specs and how it compares to the flagship)... Won't the idiot behind the counter refer to the SE as a poor man's iPhone. After I chuckled a bit, I tried to explain the appeal of the device to him. He was unable to see the advantages and stood firm that (according to him), the iP SE is a poor man's iPhone, Apple even said so themselves HAHA.
I wonder how many other people have that incorrect mindset?

It's a rather stupid mindset that many people will probably have. To me, the reduced price makes it even more of a bargain. I honestly think this is the best phone I've ever owned - definitely nicer than the 6S due to size and battery.
