IPod 6th Genration?

Does anybody have news to this? The 5th Generation is getting old and I'm getting an IPod for my birthday.

When is it coming out?
What new features does it have?
Battery Life?

My line's gone faulty so I can't really look it up

No announcements yet - I'm betting it wont be until after the iPhone release but who knows. The last update for the video model was September 12, 2006. It sure is overdue!
