My iPod volume is getting softer and softer?
If plug my headphones into my pc, they're fine.
Anybody had this happen to them?

EU Firmware upgrades are volume level crippled to help conserve hearing.
Download US firmware instead and load onto iPod.

You may be locking it at a lower and lower maximum (for reasons I know not) due to the EU firmware mentioned above

Damn "think of the children" EU mentality! You can't listen to AC/DC softly. I'll try upgrading the firmware this weekend.
