IPTC help

I need for assistance with this please.

IPTC is general info and I would like to know whether there are software where I can set it up and update a whole album at once. The finer detail can be done one at a time.

For example I would like to update the country information once, as that will always be South Africa.

Well I know Apple's Aperture can do that. I'm sure there must be Windows software which can too.

You can try iTag - used it before switching to BreezeBrowzer Pro - it works pretty well with IPTC metadata as standalone tagging software. BreezeBrowzer Pro also works great for batch tagging etc., supports IPTC and is a fully fledged photo viewer, with Raw converting capabilities etc.
