this doesn't have anything to do with the stuxnet virus that shut down some iranian nuclear reactors the other day?

Possibly now if someone tries to launch this type of autack they would haveto do it from inside iran, meaning they have the right and means to track you down.

On a side note, i read in a magazine (time?) the iranian youth are very friendly to westerners and quite modernised. Not really the picture i had in my head at the time
