MultiChoice behind revamped overseas streaming service

MultiChoice Group-owned cybersecurity firm Irdeto has partnered with Malaysia's largest pay-TV provider, Astro, to launch the all-new Astro Sooka streaming platform.

Astro is leveraging Irdeto Experience for a complete overhaul of the Sooka platform, covering the backend, front end, and end-to-end quality of experience.

They call themselves a cybersecurity company but nothing in that article is related to cybersecurity other than the anti-piracy protection which of course Multichoice loves to go on about... its like no other streaming platform on Earth has anti-piracy protection of some kind lol.

They should do us a favor and more the whole of MC to Malaysia.
